When People Ask About The DML
I get asked a lot, what does the DML stands for?
In the beginning, I would simply say that it stands for me. After all, I AM the DML. But after awhile, it became a funny thing to come up with different acronym explanations.
Until one day I said it stood for “Die-Hard Music Lovers”, and THAT resonated with me.
It was direct and to the point, and it represented myself and so many of my friends. So it stuck.
I had imagined that one day I would call our fanbase the Die-Hard Music Lovers Club. In kind of a tribute to the KISS Army, The Tom Petty Nation, or Jimmy Buffet's Parrotheads.
Something where we would have our own identity.
So welcome to The Die-Hard Music Lovers Club. You are now an official member of “the DMLC”.
Back to business. I am pleased to announce that Start Of A Revolution has been well received in its first week.
The new single has been picked up by Discover You Radio, Banks Radio Australia, & Red Light Radio in the UK w/ New Music Marky.
A radio campaign is in place and we will be promoting the song heavy next week to get it to as many independent radio and triple A radio stations as possible.
As always, we will keep you updated on our progress.
We have also begun the audition process and will keep grinding until we have something worthy to put on a stage near you.
